You are agreeing to release and waive all  liability when using this website for on-line or on-demand classes and is a contract with legal consequences. Please read it carefully before participating in the activities on this website. In consideration of the opportunity afforded to me or my minor child/ward to participate in Jacqueline McConnell's private yoga course either in-person or on-line , I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself or my child/ward, do freely agree as follows. I, on behalf of myself or my child/ward, and on behalf of any other parent or guardian of the child/ward (on whose behalf I affirm that I have authority to act in this Release and Waiver) understand the inherent risks associated with participation in this type of activity and do hereby knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assume all liability for any bodily injury and/or any property damage that may occur as a result of my use or my child/ward's participation in Jacqueline McConnell's classes. I further agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jacqueline McConnell-Graf, her family, agents, and heirs, for any and all liability, damages, expenses, or claims for bodily injury and/or property damage that may be sustained by me, my minor child/ward, or a third party directly or indirectly in connection with, or arising out of, taking Jacqueline McConnell-Graf's classes, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Jacqueline McConnell-Graf, her family, agents, and heirs. I agree to personally supervise and assist any child/ward who attends. I, on behalf of myself or my child/ward, have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, , and understand that I/we have given up substantial rights by engaging with this website. I agree that, if any portion of this contract is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The terms of this release and waiver can be altered only in a written agreement signed by me, and Jacqueline McConnell-Graf. This release and waiver applies to any and all classes now and in the future on this website.
